Eligibility for Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In the original packaging with all accessories and manuals included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper installation
- Items with removed or altered serial numbers
- Items purchased on final sale
Defective or Damaged Items If you receive a defective or damaged appliance, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at keerain-csteam@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at keerain-csteam@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective.
Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges If you wish to exchange an item for a different model, please contact us at keerain-csteam@outlook.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at keerain-csteam@outlook.com. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
